Agreement of Sale

An agreement of sale between MD Dermoutlet (Pty) Ltd and a customer is only validonce payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Up until this point, all products remain the property of MD Dermoutlet (Pty) Ltd

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility

MD Dermoutlet (Pty) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of products and courses sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

All orders shipped with Primetime Express. All orders can take up to 3 business days to process, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.

We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

Delivery Time Frames and Charges

All Couriers operates Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, all orders are processed within 1-2 days working days. Once orders have been dispatched to the courier shipments should take 2-3 working days. No shipments or deliveries will be done over weekends or holidays.

Should the company experience a high volume of orders, you may experience a
delay in shipment of your order.

All shipment delays will be communicated to the customer via email/WhatsApp.
You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or upon request. Delivery confirmation along with a tracking number will be sent via email once your order is processed and ready to be dispatched to the courier. MD Dermoutlet (Pty) Ltda is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Where a firm order has been accepted by MD Dermoutlet (Pty) Ltd and is subsequently
canceled, the customer will be liable for the following charges:

All cancellations must be received in writing/email.

Number of days before the delivery date that the cancellation is made
Charge to customer – More than 1 week (7 days) – 10% charge

Products/material opened will be charged for.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of the original purchase are non-refundable. All sale items are final purchases.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Items must meet the return requirements listed below.

Please note: returns requested after 7 days cannot be accepted unless the item is
defective.

2. Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging

We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, tested, swatched, or used due to hygiene and safety regulations, unless it is clearly defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened skincare or beauty products
  • Clearance / final-sale items
  • Items marked “non-returnable”

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will:

  • Arrange free return shipping, and
  • Offer a replacement, refund, or store credit

Faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind:

  • The product must be unopened and unused
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer
  • You may choose a refund, exchange, or store credit
    (Refunds exclude original shipping fees.)

6. Return Shipping Fees

  • For faulty or incorrect items → MD DermOutlet covers shipping
  • For change of mind returns → customer covers return courier cost

7. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on customer preference.

Refund processing time: 3–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered if the item:

  • Is unopened
  • Is in resellable condition
  • Is still in stock

If the item is out of stock, we will provide store credit or a refund.

9. How to Start a Return

  • Order number
  • Item you want to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

BLACK FRIDAY & SALE RETURN POLICY

(Different from our standard policy)
Due to high order volumes during Black Friday and seasonal promotions:
Sale & promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned unless:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • The item is incorrect

Change-of-mind returns for Black Friday items are not allowed.
Faulty/incorrect items will be replaced or refunded as usual.
