Agreement of Sale
An agreement of sale between MD Dermoutlet (Pty) Ltd and a customer is only validonce payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Up until this point, all products remain the property of MD Dermoutlet (Pty) Ltd
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
MD Dermoutlet (Pty) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of products and courses sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

All orders shipped with Primetime Express. All orders can take up to 3 business days to process, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.
We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
Delivery Time Frames and Charges
All Couriers operates Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
Delivery Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, all orders are processed within 1-2 days working days. Once orders have been dispatched to the courier shipments should take 2-3 working days. No shipments or deliveries will be done over weekends or holidays.
Should the company experience a high volume of orders, you may experience a
delay in shipment of your order.
All shipment delays will be communicated to the customer via email/WhatsApp.
You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or upon request. Delivery confirmation along with a tracking number will be sent via email once your order is processed and ready to be dispatched to the courier. MD Dermoutlet (Pty) Ltda is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Where a firm order has been accepted by MD Dermoutlet (Pty) Ltd and is subsequently
canceled, the customer will be liable for the following charges:
All cancellations must be received in writing/email.
Number of days before the delivery date that the cancellation is made
Charge to customer – More than 1 week (7 days) – 10% charge
Products/material opened will be charged for.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of the original purchase are non-refundable. All sale items are final purchases.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel your order or return a damaged or broken product when you receive it, you must inform MD Dermoutlet (Pty) Ltd rooms within one (1) working day of receiving it. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.
MD Dermoutlet (Pty) Ltd will refund the fees paid according to the above cancellation policy. If payment for the order was originally made by credit card, any refund will be made back to the same card. If payment for the order was made by another method, such as cheque or bankers’ draft, a refund will be made by direct bank transfer to a bank account that you elect.
All refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
If you receive the wrong product you must contact MD Dermoutlet (Pty) Ltd rooms within one (1) working day. We will check our system to see whether a miss pick has occurred. If there was a miss pick we will arrange to swap the ‘wrong’ product for the one actually ordered on our account.
