MD Points

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of MD Points on MD Dermoutlet on https://www.mddermoutlet.co.za.  By participating in the MD Points rewards program, you agree to these terms.

MD Points are only valid on full-priced products and cannot be redeemed on sale, promotional, or discounted items.

• MD Points are earned on eligible purchases made on MD Dermoutlet website - https://www.mddermoutlet.co.za.
• For every R500 spent, you earn 250 MD Points, equivalent to R25.
• You receive 0.5 MD Points for every R1 spent.
• Points will be credited to your account upon successful completion of a purchase.
• MD Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• MD Points can be used as a discount on future purchases.
• The redemption value is 250 MD Points = R25.
• Points can only be redeemed on MD Dermoutlet and are not applicable to shipping fees or taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Partial redemption of points is allowed.
• MD Points are only valid on full-priced products and cannot be redeemed on sale, promotional, or discounted items.

• MD Points are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
• Any unused points will expire after this period and cannot be reinstated.
• Expired points hold no monetary or exchange value.

• The company reserves the right to revoke or adjust points in case of returns, cancellations, or suspected fraudulent activity.

• Customers must have an active account on MD Dermoutlet to earn and redeem points.
• The balance of MD Points can be checked by logging into your account.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to track and redeem points before expiry.

• MD Dermoutlet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the MD Points program at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes will be communicated via the website.
• If the program is terminated, unredeemed points may no longer be valid.

• MD Dermoutlet is not responsible for any technical issues that may impact points earning or redemption.
• The company reserves the right to revoke participation in the program for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
• MD Points cannot be transferred between customer accounts.
